Two-sporter at Napa Skyline

We got a beautiful weekend up in Napa at Skyline Wilderness Park, pretty perfect temps for summer in the wine country. As the world has re-opened, the trails have gotten less busy, so we had plenty of space to mess around in the rock gardens and such. A number of folks were hobbled in one way or another so we didn’t go big, and managed to get off the trail without anyone winning First Blood. (Dragon picked it up later when he borrowed Jenn’s bike). Then I got a pretty good scrape ducking under a tree for a putt on the disc golf course.

One of our riders was Adrian, who is organizing California MUni Weekend up in the eastern Sierra (Bishop) this September. The rides look pretty awesome, including summiting White Mountain Peak (14,252′). I’ll be starting up a training ride series to get us all ready for some high altitude MUni.
